Do you guarantee #1 Google rankings, a fixed number of leads, or a specific ROI?

No. EngageNexus is a professional marketing agency. We build strategy, campaigns and reporting designed to pursue measurable growth, but marketing outcomes depend on market, budget, product and competition and are never guaranteed. Any figures we show are illustrative unless attributed to a named, consenting client. The .one TLD in our name is branding, not a "we are number one" claim.

Do you work on projects or retainers?

Both. Many partners start with a defined project — a brand strategy platform or a focused campaign sprint — and then move to a full-funnel growth retainer once we share a rhythm. Retainers let strategy, creative, performance marketing and marketing analytics work as one system rather than in silos.

What are typical timelines?

A brand strategy project usually runs four to six weeks. A first paid media or search marketing campaign can launch within two to four weeks of kickoff. Meaningful, compounding brand growth from content marketing and SEO growth typically takes several months — good marketing is a discipline of testing and patience, not an overnight event.

What is the minimum budget in SGD?

Most standalone services begin around S$3,000–S$4,500 per month, and full-funnel growth retainers begin around S$8,500 per month, excluding media spend. These are indicative starting points in SGD; the right figure depends on your goals, channels and pace of customer acquisition.

How often will we hear from you? What about reporting?

Reporting and transparency are central to how we operate. You get a live dashboard plus a clear monthly review, and for active campaigns a lighter weekly check-in. We connect every activity to marketing outcomes so budget decisions are grounded in data-driven marketing, not guesswork.

Who owns the creative, accounts and data?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, domains and creative belong to you throughout the engagement. We work inside your platforms wherever possible so nothing is held hostage if we ever part ways.

How do you handle our data under the PDPA?

What do you not do?

We do not promise guaranteed rankings, guaranteed leads or a guaranteed marketing ROI. We do not buy fake followers, run black-hat SEO, or take on crypto, forex, MLM or get-rich-quick promotions. We are a marketing services agency — not a lead-selling broker, not a marketing course or academy, and not a software or CRM product.

Which channels and tools do you use?

We are platform-agnostic and pick tools to fit your audience — search and paid media platforms, major social media networks, leading analytics and marketing automation suites, and content and SEO tooling. Media buying, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation are matched to your goals, not to our habits.

Do we need to already have a brand strategy in place?

Not at all. Many partners come to us precisely because positioning is unclear. We can begin with a focused brand strategy and go-to-market planning engagement, then layer performance marketing, search marketing and content marketing on top once the foundation is set. If you already have a strong strategy, we are happy to plug straight into execution and measurement.
